General Financial Advice
Before we provide advice it is vital that we know your circumstances and requirements. To obtain these our first meeting is always free without obligation. We are often asked how much our service will cost and this will be explained to you, together with your options by our advisers throughout this first initial meeting.
We deliver three main types of initial advice and three levels of on-going service; A Client Care service, A Client Relationship service and a Transactional service. Again, full detail of all types of service will be explained to you by our advisers throughout your first meeting.
We provide full Financial Advice on single products that are price and rate sensitive, such as annuities, life assurance and equity release products.
Our service in areas that are more complex and that require significant research and understanding is offered on both an Independent and Restricted Advice basis. Either route means that we research the market at a high level, thoroughly scrutinise products or investment areas and decide which ones to offer based on your circumstances. This ensures we maintain high standards and reduces the risk of us recommending unsuitable products.
Depending on the level of service you choose to receive ideally any recommendations would be reviewed at least annually and allows us to reduce our initial advice fees in complex areas.
Should you require full Independent Financial Advice in respect of investments or complex areas then we will be delighted to provide it but at a higher cost than our Restricted Service. Full details of the differences can be found in our different Client Proposition Documents.

Our Client Proposition document sets out the types of service we offer and the price, which reflects the level of complexity and work involved to deal with any particular enquiry.
We will never commence chargeable work without you being aware and agreeing to the basis of our charges. In most cases we can still levy our fees against any product we subsequently recommend.
